French as Foreign Language (FFL)
The DELF ("Diplome d'Etudes en Langue Francaise") and the DALF ("Diplome Approfondi de Langue Francaise") are certificates in FFL with an international recognition. these courses are conducted in Universities and Private Institutions.

In universities, a specific curriculum is developed in the form of yearly courses. The course is available to foreign students who wish to pursue further studies in subjects of their choice in institutions of higher learning, with the purpose of qualifying with a French national degree or diploma, or acquire training as French language teacher.

How to train as a French Language Teacher ?

Honours Degree in French as a Foreign Language or The "Maitrise de FLE" is the French teaching degree enabling graduates to teach FFL in France as well as abroad. Applicants for the course must hold a Bachelor's Degree in literature, in linguistics or in a foreign language with FFL as a subject
