The International Baccalaureate System in Australia

In recent years a few schools have started to offer the International Baccalaureate, a 2 year pre university qualification, as an alternative to state government programmes.

The International Baccalaureate was originally designed for the children of the expatriate community who found it difficult to move from one education system to another.
