Costs of study in Australia
Costs vary considerably according to the course you wish to study. The tuition fees usually vary from AU$ 10000 to AU$ 27000 (Rupees 2.5 lakhs to Rs. 6.5 lakh per annum) The 'full-fee' refers only to the tuitions fees.

The institution may also make an additional charge ranging between AU$ 100 and AU$250 approx. or more every year to cover student association, library and sports facility costs.
Broadly speaking, in terms of Indian currency, annual cost, comprising of tuition and living costs, for a course in Business studies comes to around Rs.8,40,000;
For IT Rs. 7 ,80,000,

For Engineering Rs.8,1 0,000
For Sciences courses Rs.7,20,000 and for Hospitality Rs.7,20,000.

Total costs for entire course can be calculated by multiplying these amounts by 2 in case of undergraduate  studies and by 3 in case of postgraduate studies and by 4 in case of Engineering.

Tuition costs for a year of study in TAFE course range from approximately $AU6,000-$A8,000.
English Language Training ranges from $AU1,500-$AUI,900 for a 10­week course.
A one year course in beauty therapy might cost approx. $A500.
Helicopter training can cost upto AU$60,000 approx. a year.
