	Social Justice and Special Assitance Department (Government of Maharashtra) 3, Church Road Pune 411001 (Maha) / offers Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Gunavatta Scholarship to 100 Students belonging to Scheduled Castes for Education in Renowned Educational Institutions in the country Eligibility: (a) The student should belong to Scheduled Caste community including Nav Buddha (b) The Student should be the permanent resident of Maharashtra (c) The Annual Income of the family should not exceed Rs. 2.5 lakhs (Certificate from the competent authority is required)
(d) The student should have minimum 60% marks at H.Sc. or equivalent level (e) Selection is based on the marks of H.Sc. or equivalent and ort Merit based (f) The applicant should be a student of First year of the course (g) Given above scholarship is offered to the students belonging to scheduled Casets who have already secured admission in the first year to the specified course in the country as mentioned below:
(i) The students who have secured admission for MBA through CAT at 11M institute, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Bangalore, Lucknow, Indore, Kozhikode & (Kerala), Indian Business School, Hyderabad or A + Business Schools as & classified by the Business India or equivalent organization/institution (ii) Admission secured through Joint Entrance Examinations to IIT at Mumbai, Delhi, Guwahati, Khargpur, Chennai, Roorki and Kanpur (iii) Admission secured at All India Institute of Medical Science, New Delhi, & Indian Institute of Science , Bangalore and Birla Institute of Technology, Pilani, Rajasthan (iv) Admission secured through All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) at Allahabad, Bhopal, Calicut, Hamidpur, Jaipur, Jalandhar, Kurukshetra, Nagpur, Rourkela, Silchar, Surat, Surathkal, Warangal
