Eligibility: The candidate should be a scientist and should hold a regular position in any R&D organization including universities/ colleges. The candidate should not have availed the INSA Visiting Scientist position for the past 5 years

No. of Fellowships: A maximum of 120 per annum. Duration: 1-6 months. Value: Rs.5000 pm (3000 DA and 2000 Honorarium) + Salary from parent institution. Travel Grant: First Class or II-AC sleeper from the parent organisation to the proposed institute of work

Selection Procedure: Selection is made by the Science Promotion Committee.
