(i) M.Tech. Assistantship: Eligibility: Candidate should be a regular M.Tech. student and be a GATE qualified.
Duration: 2 years. Value: Rs.5000 p.m.

(ii) Merit-cum-means (SC/ST Category):
Eligibility: The candidate should be a SC/ST student and Parental income should not exceed Rs.100000 p.a.
Duration: 1- year. Value: Tuition fee waiver. Boarding / lodging/ HRA Rs.1200 pm for 8 months. Contingency: Rs.300 pm for 8 months.
