Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore 560012 offers IISc Young Engineering Fellowships Programme to enhance awareness and interest in high quality academic research among young engineering students through a goal oriented Summer Mini project (SUMP) undertaken at the Indian Institute of Science,(SUMP) Bangalore

Award of fellowships: YEFP offers a stipend of Rs. 2,000/-p.m. (latest may be checked up with the authorities) for two months and second class travel allowance by Train/Bus by shortest route in summer to a few selected students in III year BE/B Tech.

Eligibility: Students with outstanding academic background in terms of a high rank in the university examinations/paper presentation/awards in design competiti on/Mathematics Olympiad participation etc.
Selected candidates should be ready to stay on campus for two months during the period 3 months.

How to apply: A one page write up intended work at the Institute, Curriculum Vitae, copies of mark sheets and other supporting documents should be enclosed along with the application and sent to the Assistant Registrar (Academic), Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore 560012.
