Your Ad Here	The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) (A Government of India Enterprises) offers Award of Scholarships to meritorious SC/ST candidates who have registered as article clerks with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Eligibility - Candidates must have registered their names for Articleship under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Age - 26 years (Inclusive of relaxation). Qualification - B.Com with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and have studied Accounting/Law and Auditing as subjects for B.Com examination. Finance Manager (Trainee) in the salary grade of Rs. 4800-200-5800-225-8275
Training and Scholarships - Candidates selected are paid a Scholarship of Rs. 500/- per month during the First year, Rs. 600/- per month during the Second year and Rs. 700/- per month during the Third year of Articleship. They are required to execute a Bond agreeing to serve the Company for at least two years after they pass the C.A. Final Examination. On passing the Final Examination of the Institute, the candidates may be inducted as Management Trainees (Finance).
They would be provided on-the-job training for a period of 2 years during which period they may be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 4000- per month for the First years and Rs. 4500/- per month for the Second year subject to revision from time to time. On successful completion of On-the-job training, they may be absorbed as Assistant plus other allowances and benefits. Once they complete one year as Assistant Finance Manager (Trainee), they may be considered for posting as Assistant Finance Manager.
