Eligibility: Pass in any the following examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics 1. Intermediate Examination in Science. 2. 1st year of the three years Degree in Science.

3. 10 plus 2 examination (academic stream) in Science. 4. Pre-Degree exam. 5. Any other qualifications approved by Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the examination.
The admission merit will be determined on the basis of aggregate marks in all the subjects in which the candidates has appeared.

Janata College of Pharmacy Butana (Sonepat),
Lord Shiva College of Pharmacy, Sirsa amp;
Dehat Vikas College of Pharmacy, Tigaon (Faridabad)
on payment of requisite charges at the counter or by sending a crossed Postal Order/Money Order/ demand Draft for requisite charges in favour of Principal of the Polytechnic/Technical Institute.

Admission is made centrally by Principal, Govt. Poly. for Women, Ambala City. Application forms duly completed and accompanied by necessary documents must reach Principal, Govt. Polytechnic for Women, Ambala City latest by December.

Important:
The admission to all Diploma courses for Govt. aided/ unaided institutions affiliated with the State Board of Technical Education, Haryana are being made centrally by the State Govt. in accordance with the guidelines issued by All India Council for Technical Education. The candidates selected through central admission only would be registered with the state Board of Technical Education, Haryana. Any candidate seeking admission at an institution which is making admission at its own level would be doing so at his/her own risk and responsibility.

1. The application forms if any, submitted by the candidates earlier are not considered at all under any circumstances.

3. The fees for payment Seats of Diploma in Pharmacy is Rs. 15000/shy;-per annum (subject to revision). However at the time of admission Rs. 7700/- will be charged from the selected candidates as fees for six months only (subject to revision).
