Components of Legal System
A legal system consists of certain basic principles and values (largely outlined by the Constitution), a set of rational norms including rights and duties of citizens spelt out in the laws - Central, State, and Local, institutional structures for enforcement of the laws and a cadre of legal personnel endowed with the responsibility of administering the system. The Constitution is the fundamental law of the land.
