Courses: B.Sc. Computer & Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA). , Duration: 3 years.
Eligibility: The candidate must have passed Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (10 + 2) of the CBSE or any other equivalent Examination thereto and must have passed in Physics, Mathematics and any other two subjects from the academic stream including one language and secured 55% or more marks in the aggregate (Aggregate means marks in Mathematics, Physics and two subjects from the academic stream including one language).

Reservation: Candidates belonging to SC/ST category shall be allowed 5% relaxation of marks in the minimum eligibility requirements. The children and/or widows of personnel of Armed/ Para-Military Forces killed/disabled in action during the wars from 1947-48 onwards or those who died while on duty, shall be allowed relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum eligibility requirements in both the above mentioned courses. For foreign students eligibility conditions are the same as for general category students.

Application Procedure: The Bulletin of Information with the Application Form for Admission Test will be available from the office of the Department of Computer Science, University of Delhi, Delhi-7, on submission of a crossed Bank Draft of requisite charge for each course in favour of the Registrar, University of Delhi, payable at State Bank of India, Service Branch, New Delhi (Code No. 7687). Draft should only be purchased from the branches of State Bank of India, Drafts of other banks will not be accepted. The Bulletin of Information with the Application Form can also be obtained by post on remitting a crossed bank draft of requisite charge for each course in favour of the Registrar, University of Delhi, Payable at State Bank of India, Service Branch, New Delhi (code no-7687). A self addressed envelope of size (25 cms x 17 cms) with postage stamp, should also be enclosed with the request.

Age : The applicant must be 17 years of age on or before 1st October of the year in which he/she seeks admission. Relaxation in age upto one year only, with the approval of the Vice-Chancellor, is permissible.
Admission Test: (i) Syllabi for Admission Test: The Syllabus for Admission Test will be as follows:
The Syllabus for Admission Test for admission to the Bachelor of Computer Applications, and B.Sc. Compo will include Mathematics and English of 10 + 2 level of the CBSE, Logical and Analytical Ability and General Awareness of class XII level.
(ii) Schedule of Admission Tests: The Admission Test will be conducted as per the schedule given below:

Medium of Instruction: The medium of instruction shall be English only.
Centre of Examination: The centre of Examination shall be allocated by the Department of Computer Science, University of Delhi in Delhi only.
Preparation of Merit Lists: The Admission Test for both the above courses will be conducted by the Department of Computer Science, University of Delhi and the selection will be made in order of merit on the basis of marks obtained in the Admission Test.
Separate Merit list for the candidates belonging to SC/ST and the other Reserved Category will be prepared on the basis of their performance in the Admission Test.
