Minimum Qualification: A pass in the Intermediate exam of the Board of Inter Education, Andhra Pradesh with Maths and Physical Science (Physics and Chemistry) as optional subjects or an equivalent exam. (Candidates must have passed in English and passed in Maths, Physics and Chemistry in one attempt securing 50 per cent in the aggregate). In the case of SC/ST candidates the minimum requirement is only a pass in the Inter or its equivalent exam.

Method of Selection: Admission to the seats allotted to Andhra Pradesh is made on the basis of entrance test and interview conducted in Andhra Pradesh.
