Level: Advanced Study/Research.
Subject: Economics, Electronics.
Eligibility: First class Master's degree in the subject/related field with continuous 2 years teaching/research practical experience thereafter.

Scholarships amount: Awards a total of more than Rs. 15 Lakhs.

Medium of Examination: English/Hindi.

For candidates who are doing Ph.D./M.Phil after completion of Master's degree, actual period of research is taken into consideration as experience.

Procedure: Application (in prescribed format) alongwith attested copies of testimonials, photograph, programme of study/research (300 words) and other required documents may be submitted in English. Employed Persons should send their applications through their employers. Name of the scholarship scheme and preferred country should be indicated on the top of the application. Candidates applying under both schemes should indicate their preference, if any. (No application forms are supplied by the Ministry.)
