European University

The European University is considered the Mecca of Business the world over. It was founded in 1973 by Dr. Xavier Nieberding. On the ever-growing and multiplying campuses of the European University, East meets West and North meets South, bridging all cultural and social differences through one common denominator.

The university presently has a network of 15 campuses spread all over the continent with over 4,000 students from all parts of the world. It provides education in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Communication, Hotel Administration and related fields.

The twin objectives that the European University seeks to fulfil are: relating classroom theory to professional skills and associating itself with internationalization of its programmes with the environment.

Programmes Offered-Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA): The programme is designed for youngsters seeking to prepare themselves for managerial responsibility. It seeks to develop the ability to recognise and solve problems and to understand the role of the firm in the community, the nation and the world.

In the four-year programme, all aspects of international business and marketing are taken into consideration. "Finance, management, marketing, information systems, business languages and business law are paid special attention."

Master of Business Administration (MBA): The international aspects of business provide a highly exciting, but complex, subject for study.
In order to adequately prepare the future managers for the demands of an international business career, the European University organizes an intensive programme covering many aspects of international operations. Emphasis is placed on international finance and marketing as well as on strategies management.
All applicants are required to submit a score from the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT).

Under-graduate Programmes (Normal: 4 years; Intensive: 3 years with summer school) : Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication and Public Relations, Bachelor of Science in' Information System, Bachelor of Arts in European Languages and Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality & Tourism Management.

Graduate Programmes (Full-time: 1 year; Part-time: 2-3 years): Master of Business Administration in International Management, Master of Arts in Business. Communications and Public Relations, Master of Science in Information System, Master of Science in International Hospitality & Tourism Management, Master of Science in Tax Administration, Master of Science in Transportation and Logistics and Executive MBA Programme.

Admission Procedures and Fees: When applying for admission to European University, you are required to submit the following to the Admissions Office:
1. A completed application form with supporting documents
2. Successful completion of secondary education

3. Transcripts of all secondary school and college works to date
4. SAT and ACT scores and an official GMAT score for MBA. An official GRE or GMAT score for all other programmes
5. A $50 non-refundable application fee.
