Complex Tissues
The common complex permanent tissues are conducting tissues¾xylem and phloem.

Xylem
Xylem performs the function of conduction of water and minerals inside the plant and also provide mechanical strength. It may be composed of our types of cells.
1. Tracheids
2. Vessels/Trachae
3. Xylem or wood parenchyma
4. Xylem or wood fibres.
