In simple words, Graphic Designing is "a practice or profession of designing print or electronic forms of visual information". The main thrust of the job of a graphic designer is to present the text in such a manner that it attracts the reader and eases the reading process.

How to become a graphic designer?
One must have reading habits as well as basic artistic skills. Design firms or ad agencies: This is perhaps the best place in industry for graphic designers. They create designs for print advertisements and preparing graphics for a wide variety of clients.

Creative departments: All the big corporations have their own creative departments where graphic designers have to find their clients within the organization.

Free-lancing: As stated above, if one has good networking and the ability to complete projects on time, free-lancing is the viable option. Free-lance designers generally find their clients in small firms which don't have finance to employ full time designers.
Far from being a future forecast, it is well known prediction that ample opportunities will continue to spring up in the years to come.
